Do I need an appointment to try on gowns?Yes, we operate by appointment only for trying on gowns and accessories and do not allow walk-ins. We recommend reviewing the different appointment options available to find the one that best suits your specific wants and needs.

What is the price range for your dresses?At Chérie Amor, our wedding dresses are priced between $2000 - $6000, with the majority of our gowns ranging from $2500 - $4000. Additionally, we offer a selection of off-the-rack dresses at a discounted price. For more details, please consult with our staff.

What brands do you carry?We are proud to be the brand ourselves! All garments in our showroom are uniquely designed by our designers and are exclusive to Chérie Amor. You will not find the same dresses anywhere else!

Which sizes can I try on in your showroom?Our gowns range from bridal sizes 8-12 in our showroom. However, our professional designers will custom-fit the gowns to your exact size! We offer orders from sizes 4-22 and tailor them according to your measurements, ensuring that any gown you fall in love with in our showroom can be made to fit you perfectly on your wedding day.

What should I expect at my first appointment?The bride is welcome to bring ONLY up to 6 guests (bride + 6 guests), including children, during their free 90-minute for appointment. We offer beverages and snacks.

What should I bring to the appointment?For your appointment, we provide single-use sticky cups, but you are welcome to bring your own nude underwear and bra cups if you prefer. Shapewear is not necessary, as you are perfect just as you are, but you can bring it if it makes you feel more comfortable. Heels are not necessary since our gowns are all floor length and we want to avoid any slips and falls but if you need them, then bring them along. Most importantly, bring your best self and invite your friends and family to join you in this enjoyable experience!

Why are there fees for return visits?All bridal return visits require a $40 reservation fee. We want to ensure that every visit to our showroom is a delightful experience. Our staff dedicates a lot of time and effort to picking out dresses, tidying them up, and even making necessary fixes due to wear and tear. These fees help us maintain the quality and cleanliness of our off-rack dresses, so they look fresh and beautiful for your return visit. This way, you can continue to enjoy the best possible selection and service each time you come in.

What happens after I’ve chosen my dream dress?First of all, congratulations! After you place your order with Chérie Amor, we will schedule a measuring session to ensure precise measurements. Our skilled team will then handcraft your dress, ensuring the highest quality and meticulous attention to detail.

How long does it take my dress to arrive?The average production time for a gown is approximately 5 months. However, if you need your wedding dress sooner than the standard production time, we do charge a rush fee. This ensures that your dress is prioritized and completed in a shorter time frame to meet your needs. Please speak with our staff for more details about the rush fee and expedited delivery options. Once your dress arrives, we will schedule a final try-on session. When everything fits perfectly, you'll be all set to shine on your special day!

Are alterations included?Alterations are a separate service, and additional fees apply. We have a fitting session specifically for alterations, where our team will ensure your dress fits perfectly. Please consult with our staff for detailed information on the alteration process and pricing.

What accessories do you offer and what are their price ranges?We have a fantastic collection of veils, with prices varying based on length and additional embellishments such as lace, sparkles, or pearls, ranging from $150 - $600. In addition, we also offer exquisite earrings, hair clips, headpieces, and more!

When should I get my veil?We strongly recommend purchasing your veil together with your dress. Ordering them at the same time ensures that your veil (which typically takes about 3-4 months to arrive), will be ready in time for your wedding. Don’t wait until your dress arrives to order your accessories, as it could result in unnecessary delays.
